Delaney Carriere
Delaney Carriere is the Education Director (aka The Director of Fabulousness) at Momentum Early Learning and a passionate early childhood educator, researcher, and leader with extensive experience in program development and professional learning.
Delaney has built early learning centres from the ground up and completed a thesis exploring critical issues in early childhood education. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in education to deepen her work in the field and strengthen the bridge between research and practice.
She is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in Ontario, holds ECE III certification in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, and carries ECE, Special Needs, and Infant Toddler designations in British Columbia. Delaney is proud to hold both her diploma and degree in early childhood education.
Through Momentum Early Learning, Delaney designs and facilitates professional development that is hands-on, reflective, and grounded in the realities of everyday ECE practice. She partners with educators and leaders to create learning experiences that spark curiosity, inspire bold thinking, and support meaningful reflection; helping teams translate ideas into actionable strategies that enhance the experiences of children, families, and educators alike. She is deeply dedicated to her work but never forgets to add a dash of humour and playfulness; ensuring both children and educators enjoy the journey of learning.
